Three daily habits to fight depression

The World Health Organization says depression is increasing at a huge rate. It was up more than 18 percent between 2005 and 2015.

More than 300 million people around the world are dealing with this, according to WHO.

In this episode, Danielle Craig talks about three daily habits that help her in dealing with depression in pregnancy and postpartum.
