The day has finally come. Cloud Nine Creamery hosted their Grand Opening this afternoon at Southcenter Mall! Cloud Nine is a new ice cream shop that specializes in making their ice cream the “smoothest and creamiest” because of their rapid liquid nitrogen freezing process. The liquid nitrogen is -320 degrees Fahrenheit so not only does it make the ice cream taste delicious but it also looks like a freakin’ science experiment.
