Jackson County reports five new cases of COVID-19 Sunday
Jackson County Public Health reported five new cases of COVID-19 Sunday.
The new cases raise the local total to 1,039, according to county data. Of that number, 150 are considered infectious. There have been 77 local hospitalizations and four deaths from the illness.
The Oregon Health Authority reported 208 new cases statewide. One more Oregonian has also died. Oregon’s total number of cases has risen to 30,081, the death toll to 526.
