    Archangel Gabriel Orthodox Church

    At 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, Great Vespers will begin at Archangel Gabriel Orthodox Church, in the Shoppes at Exit 24, 205 Fern Valley Road, Suite Z. At 8 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, Matins prayers will begin, and Divine Liturgy will be served at 9:30 a.m. A potluck meal follows the service. All foods are permitted. At 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, there will be a Vespers service. At 7 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1, Divine Liturgy will be served for the beginning of the church new year.
