Theft — Toby Tyler Bicknell, 41, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bicknell Saturday on charges of first-degree theft, conspiracy of unlawful use of a weapon and reckless burning. Bicknell was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Trespass — Justin William Keaton, 50, of the 800 block of South Royal Avenue, Eagle Point. Central Point police arrested Keaton Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Keaton has failed to appear in court on numerous charges for theft. Keaton was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Anthony Jacob Lane, 34, no known address. Ashland police arrested Lane Sunday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and misdemeanor harassment. Lane was booked in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Michael Francis Merten, 44, of Tidewater. Medford Police arrested Merten Saturday on charges of unlawful manufacture, delivery and possession of heroin, unlawful manufacture, possession and delivery of methamphetamine, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Merten was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Elude — Jacob Joseph Perry, 22, 1000 Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Perry Sunday on charges of hit and run causing property damage and attempting to elude police by vehicle and foot. Perry was lodged in jail without bail.

Trespass — Crystal Jean Evans, 31, of the 8000 block of Kimberly Court, White City. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Evans Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft. Evans was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Restricted weapon — Edward Richard Fleming, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Fleming Saturday on a charge of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Fleming also had failed to appear in court on a charge of resisting arrest. Fleming was not listed in jail records Monday.

Vehicle theft — Robert Lee Jordan, 40, of the 1400 block of West Eighth Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Jordan Friday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Jordan was booked in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Shawn Wayne Leazer, 54, of 600 Eagle Mill Road, Ashland. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Leazer Saturday on charges of felony strangulation domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault domestic abuse and misdemeanor harassment. Leazer was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary — Javier Ruedas, 72, of Los Angeles. Medford police arrested Ruedas Friday on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail.
