Tickets for a first-round game in the high school football state playoffs are on sale at South Medford High, and a spate of contests in all sports will be carried online at www.tablerocksports.net, but a registration fee will be required.
At South Medford, tickets for the 7 p.m. game at Spiegelberg Stadium against Reynolds are available. Season ticket holders have until noon Wednesday to claim their seats at the South Medford High activities window.
After that, ticket sales will be open to the public. In addition to the activities window, tickets can be obtained at www.medford.k12.or.us/south in the athletics section. General admission seats are $9 and reserved seats $10. Student tickets will be available at the gate on Friday for $5.
Other local teams hosting football playoff games Friday are Crater against Lebanon and Cascade Christian against Harrisburg at U.S. Cellular Community Park. Both games are at 7 p.m.
TableRock Sports will produce playoff broadcasts, but because the Oregon School Activities Association has a contract with the National Federation of State High School Associations, a one-month subscription fee of $9.95 is required for live events.
