Crater moves football game to Eugene

Crater's home football game against Willamette scheduled for Friday has been moved as smoke again infiltrates the Rogue Valley, creating unhealthy air quality.

The Comets announced this morning they'll move their nonleague contest against Willamette to the Eugene school's home field. The high school is located at 1801 Echo Hollow Road.

Crater's next scheduled home game is Sept. 28 against North Eugene in a Midwestern League matchup.

No changes have been announced for two other area games Friday, Jefferson at North Medford (Spiegelberg Stadium) and Klamath Union at Cascade Christian (U.S. Cellular Community Park). Both are scheduled for 7 p.m.
