Felony arrests


Identity theft — Kindra Danielle Workman, 31, of the 400 block of Fairmount Street, Medford. Workman made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and failing to appear on a charge of furnishing false information to police. She was booked Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released.


Drugs — LaRonda Lynn Thompson, 43, of the 2800 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Thompson on charges of delivery and possession of methamphetamine and five counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance.


Theft — Todd Andrews Elliott, 39, of the 900 block of North Rose Street, Phoenix. Phoenix police Sunday arrested Elliott on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.


Burglary — Jennifer Ann Jones, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Jones on warrants charging her with first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, theft of services and failing to appear on a previous theft charge. She was lodged Monday in jail on $30,500 bail.


Drugs — Andrea Dawn Yates, 36, of the 900 block of Pleasant Valley Road, Merlin. Yates made her initial court appearance Monday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. She was booked Monday in jail and released.


Vehicle theft — Gerado Ruiz, 18, of the 400 block of West Fifth Street, Phoenix. Ashland police Monday arrested Ruiz on charges of first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.


Drugs — Nicole Heavenly Ingraham, 34, of the 13200 block of Highway 234, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Ingraham on warrants charging her with possession of methamphetamine and failing to appear on a previous drug-possession charge. She was lodged Monday in jail without bail.


Burglary — Steven James Atchley, 47, of the 2400 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Atchley on warrants charging him with first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, theft of services and for failing to appear on resisting arrest, menacing trespass and other charges. He was lodged Monday in jail on $40,500 bail.


Sex-offender registration — Ben Van Hulzen II, 38, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Van Hulzen on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Monday in jail on $10,000 bail.


Drugs — Javier Zamarripa, 26, of the 1500 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Zamarripa on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine as well as warrants charging him with violating the condition of his probation on previous drug convictions. He was lodged Monday in jail on $30,000 bail.


Crime reports


Vandalism — 3000 block of Gary Drive, Medford. Medford police at 10:14 a.m. Monday took a report of vandalism to drywall and doors. The loss was valued at $1,096.


Theft — 1700 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of the theft of eight fly rods and reels. The loss was valued at $1,342.
