Felony arrests

Identity theft — Nathan Dean May, 37, of the 1200 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Ashland police Tuesday arrested May on four counts of each of identity theft and mail theft, first-degree theft, four counts of second-degree theft and four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. He was lodged Tuesday in the Jackson County Jail on $115,000 bail.

Burglary — Isaac Matthew Salo, 23, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Salo on warrants charging him with first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Forgery — Patrick O’Brien Kelley, 30, of the 500 block of Ball Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday arrested Kelley on six counts of first-degree forgery, four counts of first-degree theft and one count of second-degree theft. He was lodged Tuesday in jail on $80,000 bail.

Drugs — Ashley Nicole Bolen, 32, of the 200 block of Cedar Street, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Bolen on warrants charging her with possession of heroin and seven counts of failing to appear in court on previous burglary, trespass and theft charges. She was lodged Monday in jail on $75,000 bail.

Drugs — John Edwin Badger, 30, of the 12500 block of Dead Indian Memorial Road, Ashland. Ashland police Tuesday arrested Badger on charges of possession of heroin, reckless driving and attempt to elude police in a vehicle. He was lodged Tuesday in jail on $ 22,500bail.

Drugs — Andrew Scott Surgeon, 33, of the first block of South Stage Road, Medford. Ashland police Tuesday arrested Surgeon on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. He was lodged Tuesday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Tony Ray Brower-Aishanna, 25, of the 4000 block of Grant Road, Central Point. Brower-Aishanna made his initial appearance Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of heroin. He was booked Tuesday in jail and released.

Drugs — Malia Gail Eckman, 31, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday arrested Ecklman on warrants charging her with possession of heroin and methamphetamine and for failing to appear on two theft charges. She was lodged Tuesday in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Theft — John Ray Davis, 49, of the 8000 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday arrested Davis on charges of first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine, first-degree criminal trespass and 14 counts of failing to appear on burglary and theft charges. He was lodged Tuesday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Alexander David Kinney, 36, of Brookings. Kinney made his initial appearance Tuesday in court on charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of heroin. He was booked Tuesday in jail and released.

Drugs — Brandie Lynn Sussman, 45, of the 800 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Sussman made her initial court appearance Tuesday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and furnishing false information to police. She was booked Tuesday in jail and released.

Drugs — Mayra Ledesma Miranda, 23, of the 3600 block of Antelope Road, White City. Miranda made her initial appearance Tuesday in court on charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of heroin. She was booked Tuesday in jail and released.

Assault — Todd Anthony Wolverton, 49, of the 7500 block of Torrey Pines Terrace, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday arrested Wolverton on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment and menacing. He was lodged Sunday in jail on $25,000 bail.
