{p class="sboxhead"}Rogue Valley Symphony: Rogue Valley Symphony will present holiday favorites, partnering with the Rogue Valley Children's Chorus and internationally acclaimed soprano Laura Portune, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, at the Craterian Theater, 23 S. Central Ave., Medford; 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, in the Music Recital Hall, 405 S. Mountain Ave., on the Southern Oregon University campus in Ashland; and 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, at the Performing Arts Center, 830 N.E. Ninth St., Grants Pass. Look for music in styles from Baroque to contemporary, including Leroy Anderson's "Sleigh Ride," J.S. Bach's "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring," and carols presented by the orchestra and children's choir.
