Birth dates listed from Sept. 16 to Dec. 25

My older sister's birthday falls on Feb. 29, hence she's become substantially younger than me as the years pass.

I'm guessing there aren't many Feb. 29 birthdays, compared Oct. 29 and Nov. 29. But what days are the most people born in a calender year?

Well Hank, you might make sure your sister hasn't found the fountain of youth to go with a good supply of hair dye.

No getting around it, Feb. 29 is in a class by itself when it comes to the birth order — as in No. 366 out of 365. Sept. 16 and Sept. 19 rank 1-2 in a survey conducted by Amitabh Chandra of Harvard University a few years ago.

Oddly, or maybe not , Dec. 25 ranks No. 365 for birthdays, while New Year's is No.364. Yet, there seems to be a surge of births between Christmas and New Years as expecting parents race the clock for a new tax deduction.

For the record, Oct. 29 ranks No. 173 for births, while Nov. 29 comes in at No. 345.
