March 4, 1961 - October 19, 2017
Jill Idena Croucher, 56, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017 at her home in Central Point, Oregon. Jill was born March 4, 1961 in San Rafael, California, the daughter of Robert L. and Peggy J. Pauley.
Jill’s family moved to Oregon when she was 15 years old. Upon graduating Crater High School in 1979, she started working at Pacific Northwest Bell (now CenturyLink). She subsequently retired from the phone company in February 2017 after 37 years of service.
Jill enjoyed the outdoors, traveling the Oregon coast, shopping with her daughters, and spending time with her grandbabies. Jill loved all animals, especially her Golden Retriever, Daisy. She was a lifetime member of the Motorcycle Rider’s Association and was a cheerful club representative at countless events.
Jill is survived by her high school sweetheart and loving husband, Steven M. Croucher; daughters, Desiree (Travis) Inglis and Heather Croucher; grandsons, Gabriel and Michael; and granddaughter, Olivia. She is also survived by her sisters, Jody (Dan) Brooks and Julie (Loren) Nelson; brother, Jeffery (Carla) Pauley; a large, loving extended family; and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jackie Pauley.
A devoted wife, loving mother, and proud Nana, she will always be remembered as the true heart of her family. We find comfort in knowing she is at peace in heaven with the Lord. In Jill’s honor, there will be a celebration of life Saturday, November 18 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in the Oasis Room at Table Rock Fellowship Church (3610 N. Pacific Hwy, Medford, OR). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Motorcycle Rider’s Association.
