December 19, 1953 - November 1, 2017
After a short illness, Gragg passed early on the morning of Wednesday, November 1. He was born December 19, 1953 in Martinez, California to Wilma and John Briant.
Gragg moved to the Rogue Valley about 30 years ago, and during his time in the Rogue Valley he worked as a rigger for many local boat companies. He accumulated many, many friends along the way. His friends were all considered family; they came in every age, and from every walk of life, male and female. Anyone who knew Gragg, knows he also loved his dogs, Harley Davidson motorcycles, guns, fishing, camping, and especially his beloved Emma.
Gragg’s sense of humor, sometimes crotchety attitude, gruff voice, and infectious smile will be fondly remembered by many. That and his hatred of burnt cookies!
Gragg is survived by his older brother, Bert Stead; his wife, Dara; his most recent furry love, Gemma; and too many loyal friends to count.
We know you are in a better place Brother, ride hard and ride fast!
A celebration of life will be held beginning at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 25 at Touvelle Tavern. We welcome all who would like to remember Gragg with us.
