Charles Stevens, 76, of Grants Pass, Ore., passed away Friday, July 18, 2008, at his residence in Grants Pass, Ore. Arrangements are pending at Stephens Family Chapel in Grants Pass, Ore.

The funeral for Helen Strader services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2900 Juanipero Way, Medford, Ore. Interment was held at the Eagle Point National Cemetery, Eagle Point, Ore.

Mrs. Strader, 87, of Phoenix, Ore., died Wednesday, July 23, 2008. She was born August 22, 1920, in Provo, Utah, to the daughter of Delvene and Clifton Hoover. She graduated from the Huntington Park High School in Huntington Park, Cal.

In January of 1947 in Yuma, Arizona. She married David Donlon who preceded her in death. On April 19, 1966, in San Diego she married William Strader who survives her. Mr. and Mrs. Strader lived in numerous cities around the United States including Portland, Ore., Las Vegas, Nev., Grants Pass, Ore., and for the past 7 years in Phoenix, Ore.

Mrs. Strader enjoyed golfing and playing cards. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Surviving in addition to her husband are: three sons, Steve, Michael, and Timothy; three step sons, Jim, Ryc, and Tom Strader; eleven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
