Anthony 'Tony' Robert Radonski, II

Tony Radonski, 37, passed away July 25, 2011, in Reno, Nev., while on active duty with the United States Navy.

Tony was born on May 16, 1974, in Oxnard, Calif., to Anthony Robert Radonski and Victoria Lou Otten. He attended Mar Vista Jr. High School and graduated from Chanel Islands High School. While growing up in Oxnard, Tony and his family attended St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

Tony's 18 years of dedicated military service included time in the Persian Gulf during Desert Storm. While stationed in Salem, Ore., he met Kelie Doerksen. They were married on October 9, 2004. While living in Salem, Tony and Kelie attended Morning Star Community Church. Tony was currently serving as Division Leading Chief Petty Officer in Reno, Nev., and was a member of The Rock Church in Sparks, Nev. He will be fondly remembered as a loving husband, father, and son, and he was best known for his love of God, family, Navy and country.

He is survived by his wife, Kelie; daughter, Khrystin Radonski; son, William Cox; parents, Ken and Victoria (Torrie) Adams and Vince Ybara; sisters, Jennifer Adams and Jennell Adams; and brothers, Jimmy Radonski, and Michael and Vincent Ybara, both serving in the U.S. Navy; and aunt Judy Huber. Tony was preceded in death by his grandmother, Roberta Ross.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., at the Lincoln Memorial Park and Funeral Home located at 11801 SE Mount Scott Blvd., Portland, OR 97086. Interment will be held at Willamette National Cemetery with full Military Honors. Visitation will be held Monday evening August 1, 2011, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., at the Lincoln Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
