Both northbound lanes of I-5 at milepost 73 south of Wolf Creek are now open after crews moved a crashed semi truck to the shoulder.
The Oregon Department of Transportation warns drivers to expect delays and congestion as traffic clears in the area.
One northbound lane was closed earlier in the morning after the truck crashed with its load of watermelons.
During the lane closure, ODOT officials advised drivers to expect delays of 20 minutes to two hours.
Clean-up of watermelons and diesel is expected to continue throughout the day at the site three miles south of Wolf Creek. The truck is being unloaded of its cargo of watermelons, officials said.
