Motorists should be prepared for short delays along Highway 99 from 4 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, and Thursday, May 31.
Contractor Knife River Materials broke ground on the project in April, starting off by excavating new storm water drains and crossings on the highway between Rapp Road and Creel Road.
Oregon Department of Transportation inspectors will be on site daily to monitor traffic control, road conditions and to keep business access signed and open.
