Felony arrests

Burglary — Jesse Michael Dornath, 24, of the 3300 block of Eucalyptus Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dornath Wednesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and for violating his probation on a prior felon in possession of a weapon conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.

Identity Theft — Khristy Kaye Wilson, 46, of the 2500 block of Happy Valley Drive, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Wilson Thursday on felony charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Shane Earl Swick, 41, of the 2600 block of Seneca Avenue, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Swick Thursday on felony charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery fraudulent use of a credit card and first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Erlindo Manuel Nunez, 28, of the 400 block of Northridge Terrace, Medford. Medford police arrested Nunez Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police, a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving while suspended and for violating his probation in a federal case. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Theft — Harmonie Jewel Taylor, 25, of San Francisco, California. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor Thursday on two felony counts of first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and on a California fugitive warrant. She was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Glenn Douglas Abney Jr., 23, of the 200 block of North Holly Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Abney Thursday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, on a warrant for violating his probation on a previous charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle and on a detainer for violating his probation on a prior stolen vehicle possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Forgery — Delphine Peyton, 68, of the 15500 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. On Thursday, Peyton made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Heath Eddie Thurman, 33, of the 3500 block of Avenue G, White City. On Thursday, Thurman made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and harassment. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.
