Felony arrests

Forgery — Zachary Bryce Meador, 31, of Moorepark, California. Medford police arrested Meador Monday on felony charges of first-degree forgery, possessing methamphetamine, possessing heroin and supplying contraband. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Assault — Kevin Juwan Reed, 34, of West Salem, North Carolina. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Reed Monday on one felony charge of first-degree assault and three felony counts of second-degree assault. He remained held in jail Tuesday on $300,000 bail.

Drugs — Angelica Marie Rodriguez-Fuller, 22, of the 200 block of North Tenth Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Rodriguez-Fuller Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing heroin. She was held in jail Tuesday on $22,500 bail.

Burglary — Johnny Lee Reifsteck, 23, no known address. Ashland police arrested Reifsteck Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief, on misdemeanor counts of second- and third-degree theft, second-degree trespassing and on an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior second-degree trespassing charge. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Suspended Driving — Joshua Allen Brown, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Brown Tuesday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was held in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Assault — Charlie James Hatchett, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hatchett Tuesday on felony warrants charging him with first-, second- and third-degree assault, first- and second-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and aggravated first-degree theft. He was held in jail Tuesday on $500,000 bail.

Sex Offender — Gary Lee Self, 54, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Self Tuesday on two felony warrants charging him with failing to register his address as a sex offender, and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree sexual abuse conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Theft — First block of East Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen bright orange Trek Superfly mountain bike at 2:21 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $2,600.

Theft — 2300 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of an ornate letter opener stolen from a vehicle at 7:46 a.m. Monday. The loss and damage to the vehicle’s center console lid was valued at $33.

Theft — 300 block of Queensbury Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:47 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a bag containing blue and white soccer uniforms, a black and yellow bag with soccer cleats and shin guards and a first aid bag. The loss was valued at $465.

Theft — 3600 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of two 12-volt batteries at 8:42 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $250.

Theft — 900 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen Nikon Monarch binoculars from a vehicle at 10:51 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $500.

Theft — 1300 block of Maple Leaf Court, Medford. Medford police took a report of two stolen license plates at 11:56 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $200.

Theft — 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen silver KitchenAid stand mixer at 12:24 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $500.

Theft — 900 block of Chevy Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a fence at 12:30 p.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $200.

Theft — 500 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen bike with motor at 12:38 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $1,200.

Theft — 300 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a handicap parking placard stolen from a vehicle at 1:59 p.m. Monday.

Vandalism — 600 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 6:07 p.m. Monday. Three tires were reported slashed, and the vehicle’s hood, fender and door were reported keyed. The damage was valued at $1,100.

Theft — East 12th and Franquette streets, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Gibson guitar at 8:05 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $400.

Theft — 1600 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford poice took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included work keys and a U.S. Postal Service work badge. The loss was valued at $125.

Theft — 1400 block of La Mesa Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a red zippered wallet, an Illinois driver’s license and five bank cards. The loss was valued at $110.

Theft — 2900 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included an HP laptop and a Bluetooth speaker. The loss was valued at $220.

Theft — 2300 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 11:54 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included Miss Me and Rock Revival brand jeans. The loss was valued at $110.

Theft — 700 block of Alder Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen gun at 4:05 p.m. Tuesday. The firearm was described as having a five-inch barrel, nickel finish and black grips. the loss was valued at $125.
