Felony arrests

Drugs — Brian Michael Bailey, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Bailey Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a felony warrant charging him with possessing meth. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender — John Thomas Haynes, 60, no known address. Medford police arrested Haynes Friday on felony charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail.

Weapons — Thomas Lawrence Gullock, 53, of the 3000 block of Via Verde Circle, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gullock Friday on felony charges of felon in possession of a weapon and possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, menacing, pointing a firearm at another and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Friday on $42,500 bail.

Theft — Amber Renee Dwyer, 27, of the 1800 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Dwyer made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Suspended Driving — Jacob Lee Mitchell, 38, of Prineville. On Friday, Mitchell made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Dillan James Fuerstenberg, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Fuerstenberg Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and for violating his parole on a prior third-degree assault conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Javier Zamarripa, 26, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Zamarripa Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and tampering with drug records, a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.


Crime reports

Vandalism — 1900 block of Skypark Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism at 6:47 a.m. Thursday. Damage to a vehicle door was valued at $1,300.

Theft — 1800 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a shoplifting report at 10:32 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included two mens INC watches, one being gold in color and another being gunmetal gray. The loss was valued at $119.

Theft — 400 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 1:32 a.m. Thursday. Bank cards and a pair of brown tortoiseshell Ray-Ban sunglasses were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $770.

Theft — 2000 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a shoplifted black vacuum cleaner at 4:09 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $500.

Theft — 200 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen gray tandem bicycle at 6:48 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $450.

Theft — 500 block of North Stoneham Circle, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 8:07 a.m. Friday. Two mountain bikes were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,025.

Theft — 1200 block of North Modoc Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:21 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included binoculars, mints and smartphone cables. The loss was valued at $50.

Theft — 2800 block of Nansen Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:45 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a vehicle jack, hand tools and a T-shirt. The loss was valued at 8:45 a.m. Friday.

Theft — 2400 block of Edgemont Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup at 9:09 a.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $26,000.

Theft — 500 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen 28-inch Schwinn bicycle, sleeping bag, backpack and birth certificate at 9:43 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $166.

Vandalism — 800 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to multiple banks of mailboxes at 9:49 a.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $100.

Vandalism — 200 block of South Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a bathroom wall at 9:50 a.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $100.

Theft — 1500 block of Sage Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen tan Gucci purse at 10:53 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $890.

Theft — 800 block of Cardley Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen building entrance card scanner at 12:20 p.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $160.

Theft — first block of East Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen mountain bike with rack and side bags at 3:08 p.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $250.
