Felony arrests

Forgery — David Michael Sweitzer, 42, of the 1500 block of South Stage Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Switzer Monday for two counts of felony forgery. He was released from Jackson County Jail on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Brandon Scott Paillon, 31, unknown address. Medford police arrested Paillon Monday for felony heroin possession and failure to appear for theft. He is being held on $12,500 bail.

Assault — Terri Ann Ray, 59, unknown address. Medford police arrested Rey Monday for felony assault, disorderly conduct, tresspass, harassment and criminal mischief. She is being held on $35,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 1700 block of Sheldon Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report Monday of the theft of an adult three-wheel bike. The loss was valued at $300.

Theft — 2000 block of Campus Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report Monday of the theft from a motor vehicle of a tan wallet, 12 quarts of motor oil, various credit cards, mail and personal checks. The loss was valued at $195.

Vandalism — 1200 block of Jasper Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffitti sprayed on a fence Monday. The damage was estimated at $250.

Theft — 2700 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report Monday of the theft of an Oregon Trail Card, phone chargers, an LG phone, clothing, a red backpack and Oregon identification. The loss was valued at $329.

Theft — 2300 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report Monday of the theft from a motor vehicle of binoculars, an LG smartphone and change from the console. The loss was valued at $700.
