Felony arrests

Drugs — Khristy Kaye Wilson, 46, of the 2500 block of Happy Valley Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Wilson Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, felony warrants charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, identity theft, mail theft, misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft and providing false information to police, misdemeanor warrants for possessing methamphetamine, second-degree forgery, second-degree theft, and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering and possessing meth, carrying a concealed firearm, first- and second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $280,000 bail.

Destructive Device — Luis Raymond Villa, 37, of the 6900 block of Pico Drive, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Villa Thursday on a felony charge of possessing a destructive device and for violating his parole on a prior heroin possession conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Destructive Device — Sherman Ray Hall, 37, of the 200 block of Iowa Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Hall Thursday on a felony charge of possessing a destructive device. He was later charged Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court with felony counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin and manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was held in jail Thursday on $70,000 bail.

Drugs — Tyrone L. Smith, 39, of the 1200 block of Hazel Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Smith Thursday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and on a sanction on an earlier misdemeanor heroin-possession case. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Christopher John Giron, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Giron Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender — Scott Lee Ashbaugh, 26, no known address. Ashland police arrested Ashbaugh Thursday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender, and for violating his parole on a prior failure to register as a sex offender conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Theft — Kylee Rae Johnson, 28, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Johnson Thursday on felony warrants charging her with first-degree theft and identity theft. She was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — William Joseph Paris Shepard, 30, no known address. MADGE officers arrested Shepard Thursday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Forgery — Casey James Wilson, 22, of the 1900 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wilson Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree possessing a forged instrument, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on prior charges of mail theft, methamphetamine possession, hit-and-run, second-degree criminal mischief, menacing, carrying a concealed weapon, telephone harassment, stalking and second-degree trespassing. He was held in jail Thursday on $40,000 bail.
