Felony arrests

ID Theft — Nicholas John Robertson, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Robertson Friday on an additional felony charge of identity theft, and misdemeanor charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Robertson Sept. 27 on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, coercion and third-degree theft. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $20,000 bail.

Assault — Rafael Valencia-Martinez, 27, of the 500 block of Benson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Valencia-Martinez Friday on a felony charge of third-degree assault, and on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday after posting bail.

Forgery — Daniel Douglas Britt, 24, of the 600 block of Talbot Street, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Britt Friday on felony charges of first-degree forgery and first-degree theft, a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing meth and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior meth-possession conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Daniel Oliver Fullmer, 43, of the 400 block of Manzanita Street, Medford. On Friday, Fullmer made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Demaris Nicole Lightle, 24, no known address. Ashland police and Jackson County Community Justice probation officers arrested Lightle Friday on felony charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and mail theft, misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle, second- and third-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, and for violating her probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. She was held in jail Friday without bail.


Crime reports

Vandalism — Bear Creek Greenway at Crater Lake Highway. Medford police took a report of vandalism to the bike path at 6:02 p.m. Thursday. The damage was valued at $300.

Vandalism — 300 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a window at 8:39 p.m. Thursday. The damage was valued at $500.

Vandalism — First block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a door at 12:18 a.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $500.

Theft — 300 block of Earhart Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen antique hand saw at 3:37 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $100.

Burglary — 1400 block of Yellowstone Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 9:41 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a newer Honda gas generator, a box of hobby railroad tracks, miscellaneous hand tools and 12 glass breakers. The loss was valued at $2,850.

Theft — 300 block of South Holly Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 10:11 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included various light fixtures and a box of bandages. The loss was valued at $400.

Theft — 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 12:16 p.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a black Roadmaster mountain bike and a blue and gray bike trailer. The loss was valued at $168.
