Felony arrests

Vehicle Theft — Latasha Maigen Pech, 37, of the 700 block of Raven Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Pech Saturday on felony warrants charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and identity theft, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and second-degree forgery. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Saturday and released Sunday because of overcrowding.

Elude — Scott Raymond Bargen, 55, of the 5900 block of Upton Road, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Bargen Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Saturday and released Sunday on his own recognizance.

Impaired Driving — Jesse Alan Rosenzweig, 35, of the 21600 block of Antioch Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rosenzweig Saturday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended and reckless driving. He remained held in jail Tuesday on $25,000 bail.

Theft — Jerald Todd White, 59, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested White Sunday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Sunday because of overcrowding.

Impaired Driving — Rafael Alfonxo Vela, 37, of the 1100 block of West Second Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Vela Sunday on felony charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior felony driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction. He remained held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Impaired Driving — Richard Anthony Lott Jr., 35, of Alameda, California. Medford police arrested Lott Sunday on felony charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and possessing cocaine, and on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He remained held in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

Burglary — Jonathan Christopher Foti, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Foti Monday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He remained held in jail Tuesday on $32,500 bail.

Burglary — Savana Joy Crawford, 20, of the 500 block of Austin Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Crawford Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief. She was held in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.

Marijuana Export — Jacobi Joaquin Gates, 33, of Lahaina, Hawaii. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Gates Tuesday on two felony counts of exporting marijuana. He was held in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.

Marijuana Export — Johanan David Gates, 35, of Redmond. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Gates Tuesday on two felony counts of exporting marijuana. He was held in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Kyle Daniel Fenn, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Fenn Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior heroin possession conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Assault — Robert Alen Long, 45, of the 1700 block of Pearl Eye Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Long Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was held in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 600 block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:26 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a road kit from Les Schwab, two pairs of sunglasses, a small flip-open knife and a multi-tool. The loss was valued at $155.

Theft — 1200 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen wallet at 8:59 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a black wallet consisting of various gift cards, credit and debit cards and a CCW permit. The loss was valued at $139.

Theft — 1000 block of West Tenth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 9:01 a.m. Monday. Two multi-colored long boards were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $940.

Theft — 2600 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of four stolen vehicle radios at 10:40 a.m. Monday. No value was listed for the loss.

Theft — 900 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen license plate from a vehicle at 12:14 p.m. Monday.

Theft — 900 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen clothing at 5:00 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $200.

Vandalism — 1000 block of West 13th Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a garage exterior wall at 5:48 p.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $100.

Burglary — 3600 block of Camina Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 7:39 a.m. Tuesday. A Graco paint sprayer with attachments was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,800.

Theft — 2500 block of Argonne Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Google Pixel 2 smartphone at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $650.

Theft — 1100 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included an LG phone, a black pouch and miscellaneous papers. The loss was valued at $185.

Vehicle Theft — 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle theft at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday. An item reported stolen inside the vehicle was a pink camouflage Bear Archery compound bow valued at $400.
