Felony arrests

Coercion — Justin Ryan Trompeter, 19, of the 200 block of Dianne Way, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Trompeter Friday on a felony charge of coercion and misdemeanor charges of harassment and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday after posting bail.

Drugs — Charlie Hamilton Charlton Jr., 53, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Charlton Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended and for violating his parole on a prior second-degree sexual abuse conviction. He remained held in jail Saturday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Shelby James Galligan, 48, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Galligan Saturday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday after posting bail.

Drugs — Cody Aaron Kenyon, 26, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Kenyon Saturday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He was held in jail Saturday on $50,000 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Jaimey Scott Faber, 25, of the 1400 block of South Obenchain Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Faber Saturday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine delivery conviction. He was held in jail Saturday without bail.

Officer Assault — Jeremy Lee Adkison, 24, of the 700 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Adkison Saturday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer, and on misdemeanor charges of harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest. He was held in jail Saturday on $22,500 bail.


Crime report

Theft — North Central Avenue and East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:06 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a gray and silver The North Face jacket and a black sunglasses case. The loss was valued at $215.

Lost Property — 2300 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a lost blue iPhone 8 at 6:01 p.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $750.
