Felony arrests

Drugs — Jessica Rae Montoya, 31, of Vancouver, Washington. Talent police arrested Montoya Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on an out-of-county warrant charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $15,000 bail.

Sex Offender — Clinton Ray Chester, 52, of the 2100 block of Crestbrook Road, Medford. On Friday, Chester made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Sandee Dane Kensinger, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Kensinger Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possessing conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Burglary — Zachariah Adam Kaplan, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Kaplan Friday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary. He was held in jail Friday on $20,000 bail.


Crime report

Vandalism — 300 block of Lowry Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary and vandalism to three roll-up doors at 7:15 a.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $700.

Theft — 2300 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen black Joovy stroller at 11:51 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $200.

Burglary — first block of Quince Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary and vandalism to a glass door window at 2:05 p.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $150.
