Felony arrests

Elude — Christopher Lewis Conner, 35, of the 2500 block of Happy Valley Drive, Medford. Central Point police and Jackson County Community Justice probation officers arrested Conner Tuesday on a felony charge of attempt to elude police in a vehicle and on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, second-degree trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine delivery conviction. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Casimiur Dontae Johnson, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Johnson Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous meth possession conviction.

Criminally Negligent Homicide — Devyn James Baldovino, 24, of the first block of Greenmoor Drive, Eagle Point. On Wednesday, Baldovino made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of criminally negligent homicide. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Kalee Nicole Philips, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Philips Wednesday on a felony charge of identity theft. She was held in jail Wednesday on $7,500 bail.

Burglary — Jennie L. Marshall, 44, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Marshall Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. She was held in jail Wednesday on $27,500 bail.

Burglary — Mark Lewis Radley, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Radley Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was held in jail Wednesday on $27,500 bail.

Officer Assault — Lester Douglas Addison, 69, of the 300 block of Coventry Place, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Addison Wednesday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer, and on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and harassment. He was held in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.

Child Neglect — Michael Cramer Lostaunau, 26, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Lostaunau Wednesday on two felony counts of first-degree child neglect, and on misdemeanor charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. He was held in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail.


Crime report

Vandalism — 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle’s tires at 7:49 a.m. Wednesday. Damage to the three tires was valued at $750.

Theft — 1400 block of Applegate Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 9:11 a.m. Wednesday. Numerous windshield repair tools were reported stolen, and the loss was valued at $2,300.

Burglary — 300 block of Morningside Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday. A washer and dryer were reported stolen, and the loss was valued at $300.

Vehicle Theft — 2200 block of West Prune Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle theft at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday. A single axle trailer connected to the vehicle that contained lawn equipment was also reported stolen. The trailer and its contents were valued at $3,000.
