Felony arrests

Theft — Arica Jan Constance Sexton, 20, of the 1600 block of Thomas Road, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Sexton on charges of first-degree theft and an out-of-county warrant for identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Assault — Jeffery Lee Cann, 36, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Cann on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Monday in jail on $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Anthony Rebok Wright, 24, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Wright on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin. He was lodged Sunday in jail on $10,000 bail.

Theft — Jimmy Steve Collier, 38, no known address. Ashland police Sunday arrested Collier on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Assault — Angela Marie Robustelli, 32, of Klamath Falls. Medford police Sunday arrested Robustelli on charges of attempted first-degree assault, aggravated first-degree animal abuse, two counts of menacing, unlaful use of a weapon and disorderly conduct. She was lodged Monday in jail on $200,000 bail.

Suspended driving — Gerald Wayne Gunter, 69, of the 1500 block of Neil Creek Road, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Gunter on a charge of felony driving while suspended. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft — George Allen Savage, 54, no known address. Central Point police Monday arrested Savage on charges of first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle and for violating the conditions of his parole from a previous burglary conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Assault — Austin D. Cregut, 22, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday arrested Cregut on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, harassment and interfering with a police report. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Daniel Dwane Peeler, 42, of the 4400 block of Foots Creek Road, Rogue River. Medford police Monday arrested Peeler on two out-of-county warrants each charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
