Felony arrests

Forgery — Carl Aden Bryning, 44, of the 200 block of Tracy Avenue, Eagle Point. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bryning Wednesday on additional felony charges of first-degree forgery, possessing a fictitious identification and identity theft. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Bryning Friday on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree forgery, second-degree theft and attempted second-degree theft, and for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $97,500 bail.

Driving While Suspended — Jesse R. Jones, 27, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Jones Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with driving while suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree trespassing, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — David Tyler Bryant, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Bryant Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief and attempted second-degree theft and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior meth-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Patrick Wesley Jaynes, 48, of the 1200 block of Elmer Street, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jaynes Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and delivering and possessing cocaine. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail.

Sex Offender Registration — Sky Anthony Diamond, 26, of the 5000 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. On Wednesday, Diamond made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and on a misdemeanor charge of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Kathryn Lee Glasscock, 33, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Glasscock Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing heroin and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree theft and possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $65,000 bail.

Drugs — Michael Vincent Ward, 36, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Ward Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $13,000 bail.

Drugs — Nicole Marie Chandler, 33, of the 600 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Chandler Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Haley Renee Keller, 27, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Keller Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing heroin and for violating her parole on a prior conviction for possessing a forged instrument. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Victoria Elizabeth Colvin, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Colvin Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $7,500 bail.

Mail Theft — Ricky Lee Vanhoy, 53, no known address. Ashland police arrested Vanhoy Wednesday on a felony charge of mail theft and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Marijuana Delivery — Michael Spencer Osak, 34, of Rancho Cucamonga, California. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Osak Wednesday on felony charges of unlawfully delivering marijuana, possessing greater than 4 ounces of marijuana and importing or exporting marijuana. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.

Coercion — William Maurice Fuller II, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fuller Wednesday on felony warrants charging him with coercion and endangering a person protected by a Family Abuse Prevention Act restraining order, and on misdemeanor warrants charging him with fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $35,000 bail.
