Felony arrests

Attempted Murder — Guillermo Ishtar Guitron III Jr., 26, of the 3000 block of Cummings Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Guitron Thursday on felony warrants charging him with attempted murder, first-degree assault and first-degree robbery, and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail.

Assault — Trevor James Gower, 32, of the 7900 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gower Thursday on a felony charge of second-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of strangulation. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $150,000 bail.

Drugs — Juan Manuel Salazar, 29, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Salazar Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior meth-delivery conviction. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Coercion — Adam Seth Buntain, 37, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Buntain Thursday on a felony charge of coercion, misdemeanor charges of harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct, violating a no-contact order and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of strangulation, harassment and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $115,000 bail.

Drugs — Zachary Brice May, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested May Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior attempted first-degree rape conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Robbery — Darius Savon Tyrone Johnson, 20, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Johnson Friday on felony counts of first-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm and two misdemeanor counts of menacing. He was lodged in jail Friday on $100,000 bail.

Officer Assault — Stephvon Javmar O’Brien Collins, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Collins Friday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer and on misdemeanor charges of harassment, resisting arrest, interfering with police and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Friday on $25,000 bail.

Robbery — Amber Dawne Russell, 29, of the 100 block of Mace Road, medford. On Friday, Russell made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of third-degree robbery, first-degree theft and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment, driving while suspended, possessing heroin and methamphetamine, third-degree theft and for violating her probation on prior meth-possession, first-degree forgery and first-degree theft convictions. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Weapon in Public Building — Jerry Raymond Starr Jr., 49, of the 900 block of Laurel Street, Central Point. On Friday, Starr made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing a firearm in a public building. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Jerick Michael Collins-Fly, 26, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Collins-Fly Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of concealed possession of a knife and on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with first-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $32,500 bail.
