Felony arrests

Drugs — Jessica Lynn Dodd, 28, of the 7800 block of Eagle Drive, White City. On Thursday, Dodd made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Dakota Breeze Garza, 25, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. On Thursday, Garza made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Custodial Interference — Laura Padham Thompson, 40, of the 700 block of Grant Avenue, Medford. On Thursday, Thompson made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree custodial interference. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Assault — Angela LeAnne Kelley, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Kelley Thursday on a felony charge of third-degree assault, misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of third-degree theft and providing false information to police.

Drugs — Paul Andres Valles-Martinez, 22, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Valles-Martinez Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $507,500 bail.

Drugs — Daniel Polanco-Mojica, 25, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Polanco-Mojica Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $507,500 bail.

Drugs — Charles David Miller III, 33, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Miller Thursday on felony charges o manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin and manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Thursday on more than $1 million bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — 400 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a home’s front window at 3:32 a.m. Wednesday. The damage was valued at $200.

Burglary — 2300 block of Stonefield Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 9:01 a.m. Wednesday. An Apple iPad was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $300.

Theft — 900 block of Worchester Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen UPS package at 12:56 p.m. Wednesday. The item’s value wasn’t immediately known.

Theft — 300 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen red backpack and unactivated iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S8 at 2:06 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $830.

Theft — 3200 block of Burton Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:02 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a large brown fishing bag, fishing waders and miscellaneous papers such as vehicle registration and insurance. The loss was valued at $950.

Vandalism — 3400 block of Venice Court, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary and vandalism to two residences on Venice Court and one home in the 900 block of Callaway Drive. Damage to the three residences was valued at $3,400.
