Felony arrests

Assault — Ryan Joseph Garcia, 22, of the 300 block of Lithia Avenue, Talent. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Garcia Friday on felony warrants charging him with second- and third-degree assault and hit-and-run to injured persons, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and violating a restraining order, and on misdemeanor warrants for interfering with someone making a police report, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $150,000 bail.

Elude — Tyler Justin Boje, 24, of the first block of Pine Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Boje Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Robbery — Cheryl June Carlquist, 46, of Denver, Colorado. Medford police arrested Carlquist Saturday on a felony charge of second-degree robbery and misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $105,000 bail.

Drugs — Dale Edward Clark, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Clark Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $12,500 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Jared Mason Irons, 21, of the 2300 block of Asher Drive, Medford. Ashland police arrested Irons Saturday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Carmen Victoria Ceremony, 39, no known address. Central Point and Medford police arrested Ceremony Saturday on felony charges of third-degree robbery and first-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment, second- and third-degree theft, second-degree trespassing, second-degree disorderly conduct, providing false information to police, on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of interfering with police and for violating her parole on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Nicolas James Vance, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Vance Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and for violating his parole on a prior identity theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Crime report

Theft — 1200 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen bamboo skateboard with blue wheels and pinstripes at 3:26 p.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $180.
