Felony arrests

Drugs — David Adam Skorupan-Littleton, 32, of the 100 block of Ironwood Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Skorupan-Littleton Monday on felony charges of delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, and delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $500,000 bail.

Burglary — John Walter Legros III, 33, of the 1500 block of Bryant Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Legros Monday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft, misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft and for violating his parole on a prior marijuana delivery conviction. He remained lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Randy Lee Carson, 45, no known address. Central Point police arrested Carson Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior heroin-delivery conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Weapons — Kenneth David Mazzuola, 54, of the 8400 block of Crater Lake Highway, White City. On Tuesday, Mazzuola made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of felon in possession of a firearm and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Reina White Olbera, 38, no known address. US Forest Service rangers arrested Olbera Tuesday on felony warrants charging her with delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on two previous counts of third-degree theft. She remained lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Robbery — Gary Thomas Ogden, 33, of the 5400 block of Monument Drive, Grants Pass. On Tuesday, Ogden made a court appearance on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft, harassment and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Alicia Rene Michaelis, 30, no known address. Central Point police arrested Michaelis Tuesday on felony counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing a stolen vehicle. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Driving While Suspended — John Patrick Keefe, 49, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Keefe Tuesday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Jose Samuel Ramos-Vance, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Ramos-Vance Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with unauthorized departure, warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin and second-degree trespassing, and on detainers for violating his probation on prior identity theft, first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault convictions. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 700 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a gray fedora hat, and vehicle paperwork including its title and insurance card. The loss was valued at $76.

Theft — 300 block of Genessee Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen matte gray REI mountain bike at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $1,200.

Theft — 1800 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday. A vehicle battery for a motor home was reported stolen, and the loss was valued at $100.

Theft — 1500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen KitchenAid stand mixer at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $450.

Vehicle Theft — 700 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen lifted vehicle at 3:53 p.m. Tuesday.
