Felony arrests

Impersonating an officer — Donald Lee Anderson Jr., 47, of the 1900 block of Spring St., Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday added a charge of criminal impersonating a police officer. He remained lodged in Jackson County Jail on bail of $65,000.

Hit and run — Rachel Nicole Graham-Stewart, 26, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Graham-Stewart on a charge of failure to perform the duties of a driver in an injury accident. She was booked into jail and released due to overcrowding.

Criminal mischief — Anthony Joseph Clark, 23, of Grants Pass. Ashland police, Oregon State Police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies pursued and arrested Clark Saturday on three counts of endangering, two counts of reckless driving, first-degree criminal mischief, two counts of eluding police in a vehicle, second-degree trespass, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree escape, attempting to elude by foot, driving under the influence of drugs, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was jailed on bail of $75,000.

Drugs — Tanya Michelle Burke, 45, of the 2400 block of Finley Lane, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Burke on charges of heroin possession, a first-degree burglary parole violation, and failure to appear on two counts of first-degree theft. She was jailed on $17,500 bail.

Assault — Nicolas Ian Cain, 19, no known address. Central Point police Sunday arrested Cain on charges of third-degree theft, third-degree robbery, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. He was jailed on bail of $22,500.

Drugs — Derek Allen Hinger, 31, of the 700 block of Elkader St., Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday arrested Hinger on charges of methamphetamine possession and probation violation for methamphetamine possession. She was jailed on bail of $7,500.
