Felony arrests

Burglary Timothy John Colley, 43, of the 21900 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Colley Friday on additional felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Colley Tuesday on misdemeanor warrants charging him with failing to appear in court on previous burglary, theft and criminal mischief charges. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $55,000 bail.

Assault Jacob Raymond Wagy, 25, of the 500 block of Talent Avenue, Talent. Phoenix police arrested Wagy Thursday on a felony charge of third-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft Christopher Jack Labrecque, 28, of the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Labrecque Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and for violating his parole on a prior weapon use conviction. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs Derek Whitfield Gargus, 32, of the 100 block of Huntley Lane, Phoenix. Talent police arrested Gargus Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended and for violating his parole on a prior heroin possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Hit-and-run David Earnest Forbes, 72, of the 200 block of Princess Way, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Forbes Friday on a felony charge of failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person, a hit-and-run charge. He was booked in the jail and released Friday after posting bail.

Forgery Melanie Jean Cox, 35, of the 2900 block of Coker Butte Road, Medford. On Friday, Cox made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony counts of first-degree forgery and first-degree possessing a forged instrument. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs John David Lewis, 32, of the 14600 block of Highway 234, Gold Hill. On Friday, Lewis made a court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Arson Corey James Timberlake, 19, of the 700 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Timberlake Friday on felony charges of second-degree arson and first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Aggravated Theft Robert Dale Moore, 25, of the 100 block of East Gregory Road, Central Point. On Friday, Moore made a court appearance on felony charges of aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Weapon Joseph Sanger Pisz, 35, of the 11400 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. On Friday, Pisz made a court appearance on a felony count of felon in possession of a firearm. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Aggravated Identity Theft Patricia Ann Myers, 52, of the 800 block of Mendolia Way, Central Point. On Friday, Myers made a court appearance on felony counts of aggravated identity theft, aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs Jerek Den Oehme, 22, of the 300 block of North Eighth Street, Central Point. On Friday, Oehme made a court appearance on a felony charge of possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs Jerry Burt Thornton Jr., 49, of the 1100 block of Southeast Grandview Avenue, Grants Pass. On Friday, Thornton made a court appearance on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Robbery Jeffery Aaron Moore, 23, of the 2200 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Moore made a court appearance on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs Robert Ray Young, 57, of the 100 block of Almond Street, Medford. On Friday, Young made a court appearance on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs Jacob Noris Smith, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior meth possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Hindering Prosecution Courtney Christine Meier, 40, of the 1000 block of Royal Court, Medford. On Friday, Meier made a court appearance on two felony counts of hindering prosecution. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Burglary Jaxon Thomas Holato, 22, of the 400 block of Fairmount Street, Medford. On Friday, Holato made a court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree burglary. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.
