Felony arrests

Forgery — Scott Thomas Oxford, 30, of the 2500 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Oxford Wednesday on additional felony counts of first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Oxford Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $40,000 bail.

Drugs — Desman Allen Davis, 26, of the 300 block of Morningside Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Davis Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing cocaine and on a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Victor Frank Mancusi, 26, of Rancho Palave, California. Ashland police arrested Mancusi Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Weapon — Demetrius Chumanti Sanfilippo, 20, of the 900 block of Glendale Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Sanfilippo Wednesday on felony charges of felon in possession of a firearm and concealed possession of a firearm, and on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with failing to appear on a prior third-degree theft charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $12,500 bail.

Drugs — Elise Ann Jacks, 30, of the 700 block of Helman Street, Ashland. On Wednesday, Jacks made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of delivering heroin and a misdemeanor charge of possessing heroin She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Luis Manuel Rivera Jr., 32, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Rivera Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Erika Eldeen Wingfield, 34, of the 1000 block of Cherry Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wingfield Wednesday on a felony charge of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating her probation on a prior identity theft conviction. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Aggravated Theft — Bryan John Thomas Corbett, 19, of the 700 block of Savage Creek Road, Rogue River. On Wednesday, Corbett made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of aggravated first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Rhonda Faye Driskell, 59, of the 1100 block of West 10th Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Driskell made her initial court appearance on felony counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Hollie Dawn Lopez, 49, of the 5500 block of Highway 238, Jacksonville. On Wednesday, Lopez made her initial court appearance on felony counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Rachel Nicole Simon, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Simon Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and on misdemeanor warrants charging her with possessing heroin and third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Curtis Dale Bandfield, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Bandfied Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.

Coercion — Clifton Ray Williams, 58, of the 2700 block of Rogue River Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Williams Wednesday on a felony charge of coercion, and misdemeanor charges of violating a no-contact order, fourth-degree assault consisting of domestic violence, strangulation and menacing, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — 1400 block of Saling Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a mailbox at 8:29 a.m. Tuesday The damage was valued at $100.

Vandalism — 600 block of Marshall Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a cement retaining wall and streetlight utility box at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $250.

Vandalism — 800 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a garden hose at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $40.

Theft — 1400 block of Andrew Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 2:36 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included white Beats headphones, a brown bi-fold wallet and personal documents. The loss was valued at $320.

Theft — 900 block of Medford Center, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen green Huffy mountain bike at 10:21 a.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $100.

Theft — 300 block of North Berkeley Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen shaving kit inside an Amazon box at 2:57 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $20.
