Felony arrests

Stalking — Maurice Armand Chizer, 52, of the 300 block of Long Branch Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Chizer Thursday on three felony warrants charging him with violating stalking orders. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Chizer Monday on misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $70,000 bail.

Burglary — Camryn Mykal Geiger, 27, of the 700 block of Southwest L Street, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Geiger Wednesday on felony counts of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, attempted first-degree theft, attempted first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $25,000 bail.

Robbery — Raymond William Mathes Jr., 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Mathes Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree theft and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Ismael Garcia-Nava Jr., 23, of the 2200 block of Manchester Drive, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Garcia-Nava Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing heroin and for violating his parole on a prior felon in possession of a firearm conviction. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — John Rocha, 25, of the 7800 block of Hale Way, White City. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Rocha Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing heroin and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior conviction for endangering a person protected by the Family Abuse Prevention Act. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Identity Theft — Valerie Iva Kingsbury, 45, of the 300 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. On Thursday, Kingsbury made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony count of identity theft and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Elude — Kaylee Novel Jean Jones, 25, of the 200 block of Cheryl Lane, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jones Thursday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and misdemeanor count of attempting to elude police on foot, reckless driving, recklessly endangering and driving while suspended. She was additionally charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit court on misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants, possessing methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and recklessly endangering. She remained lodged in jail Friday on $57,500 bail.

Drugs — Michael Christopher Harrell, 46, of the 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. On Friday, Harrell made his initial court appearance on a felony count of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Matthew John Frombach Jr., 43, of the 100 block of Haven Street, Jacksonville. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Frombach Friday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Friday on $507,500 bail.

Criminal Mischief — Alofaaga Janet Matautia, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Matautia Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief. She was lodged in jail Friday on $15,500 bail.
