Felony arrests

Theft — Natasha Nichole Taylor, 31, unknown address. Medford police arrested Taylor Saturday night on charges of felony mail theft, felony possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for burglary. She is being lodged in Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Ricardo Angel Palomares, 23, of the 200 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Palomares Saturday night on charges of felony possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a police officer, and failures to appear for theft, burglary, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and escape. He is being held on $47,500 bail.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Caitlin Leslie Schilder, 37, of the 900 block of Win Way, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Schilder on two charges of felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was released on her own recognizance.

Animal cruelty — 500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police responded to a report of animal cruelty or neglect at 12:13 p.m. on Saturday.

Theft — 500 block of Marie Street, Medford. Medford police responded to a report of a stolen lime-green Nishiki road bike at 1:25 p.m. Saturday. The loss was valued at $1,000.

Theft — 1200 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police responded to a report of a stolen iPhone at 12:41 p.m. Saturday. The loss was valued at $350.

Theft — 1400 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police responded to a report of a stolen Kahr pistol at 3:29 a.m. Saturday. The loss was valued at $319.

Theft — 4500 block of Grumann Drive, Medford. Medford police responded to the report of a stolen car stereo at 4:35 p.m. Saturday. The loss was valued at $600.

Theft — 300 block of Holmes Avenue, Medford. Medford police responded to the report of a theft of a gray leather purse with matching wallet and a vandalized window at 11:13 a.m. Sunday. The loss was valued at $550.
