Felony arrests

Money Laundering — Andrew Lee Tunnell, 30, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Tunnell Friday on felony charges of laundering a monetary instrument, unlawfully possessing methadone, felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, misdemeanor warrants charging him with failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, money laundering and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and on a California fugitive warrant. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and remained lodged Saturday without bail.

Money Laundering — Amanda Lee Tunnell, 27, of the 800 block of Chestnut Street, Central Point. MADGE arrested Tunnell Friday on a felony charge of laundering monetary instrument, and misdemeanor counts of possessing oxycodone and possessing methadone. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday without bail.

Theft — Timothy Andrew Reimer, 33, of the 100 block of Ball Road, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Reimer Friday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with third-degree theft and on a warrant for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $35,000 bail.

Drugs — Jose DeJesus Lomeli, 37, of the 2200 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lomeli Friday on felony counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, and two misdemeanor counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Impaired Driving — William Robert Sheppard, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Sheppard Friday on felony counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended or revoked, misdemeanor counts of possessing methamphetamine and reckless driving and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — John William Kohler IV, 29, of the 600 block of North Main Street, Ashland. Talent police arrested Kohler Friday on felony counts of possessing cocaine and heroin, and misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Lonnie Genefraley Bush, 36, no known address. Ashland police arrested Bush Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine He was booked in the jail and released Saturday.

Contraband — Sandra Lynn Fales, 43, no known address. Ashland police arrested Fales Saturday on felony counts of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $20,000 bail.


Crime reports

Theft — 3800 block of Arrowhead Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 12:25 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a pair of headphones with purple cat ear speakers and earmuffs, and a can-shaped silver speaker with a black top and bottom. The loss was valued at $95.

Theft — 4900 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 6:34 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included an LG cell phone, a Levi’s brown tri-fold leather wallet, two credit cards and a Social Security card. The loss was valued at $253.

Vandalism — 200 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 8:26 a.m. Thursday. Damage to the vehicle’s four tires caused by punctured sidewalls was valued at $995.

Theft — 2200 block of Arlington Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 10:18 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a gun with no magazine and a wallet containing a driver’s license and credit cards. The loss was valued at $520.

Theft — West Eleventh and Laurel streets, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:05 a.m. Thursday. Three pairs of work boots were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $600.

Theft — South Central Avenue and Earhart Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 2:13 p.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included an Apple MacBook Pro laptop, size 11 Nike shoes and a dark gray Dakine backpack, and damage included a shattered driver-side window and a dent above the front driver-side door. The loss and damage to the vehicle was valued at $2,130.

Vandalism — 1200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti with profanity sprayed on a business and a culvert at 2:29 p.m. Thursday. The damage was valued at $120.

Theft — 1000 block of West Eleventh Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen LG cell phone from Metro PCS. The loss was valued at $100.

Vandalism — 800 block of West 12th Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 11:21 p.m. Thursday. Damage to the vehicle’s windshield was valued at $400.

Theft — 100 block of Washington Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 6:10 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included $400 worth of grass-fed beef, an unknown brand weed whacker, bacon and five ounces of silver coins. The loss was valued at $730.

Theft — 1500 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen one-ounce silver and aluminum coin at 7:56 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $480.

Vandalism — 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle’s lower rim, door frame and front bumper.
