Felony arrests

Theft — Chad Allen McPherson, 25, no known address. Oregon State Police and Jackson County Community Justice officers arrested McPherson Monday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and on a sanction charging him with violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Mail Theft — Warren Alexander Rich, 33, no known address. Ashland police and Jackson County Community Justice officers arrested Rich Monday on a felony charge of mail theft, misdemeanor counts of third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Matthew Michael Andress, 33, of the 2600 block of Clifrose Court, Medford. Central Point police arrested Andress Monday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Jerick Michael Collins-Fly, 26, no known address. Central Point police and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Collins-Fly Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine and failing to appear in court on a previous charge of first-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $85,000 bail.

Burglary — Cainen James Newman, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Newman Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary, and misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft.

Drugs — Tyler Ryan Maxwell, 27, of the 2400 block of Terrmont Street, White City. On Tuesday, Maxwell made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Andra Lynn Barlow, 51, of the 500 block of Boardman Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Barlow Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and on a warrant for violating her probation on a prior oxycodone possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Lewis Robert Gagnier, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Gagnier Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.

Drugs — Selene Starr Driggs, 34, known address. Medford police arrested Driggs Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth and second-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Darrell Wayne May, 50, no known address. Medford police arrested May Tuesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin, felony warrants on separate counts of possessing heroin and meth, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on a previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempt to elude police in a vehicle and false information on a vehicle, and on an out-of-county warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on a meth possession charge. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $62,500 bail.

Drugs — Ronald Lee Kilcollins Jr., 53, no known address. Medford police arrested Kilcollins Tuesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine, heroin and a Schedule II controlled substance, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior supplying contraband conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Weapon — John Earl Gray, 34, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Gray Tuesday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.

Burglary — Aryel Lynn Arritola, 22, no known address. Central Point police arrested Arritola Tuesday on felony counts of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft, and on a misdemeanor count of first-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $32,500 bail.
