Felony arrests

Witness Tampering — Kevin Shaune Gilmore, 25, of the 7700 block of 27th Street, White City. Medford police arrested Gilmore Thursday on three additional felony counts of tampering with a witness. Medford police originally arrested Gilmore Dec. 6 on felony charges of fourth-degree assault and strangulation constituting domestic violence and third-degree robbery, and on a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $272,500 bail.

ID Theft — Brandy Shell Archer, 34, of the 400 block of Montclair Way, Eagle Point. Central Point police arrested Archer Wednesday on a felony warrant charging her with identity theft, misdemeanor charges of possessing methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor, and on misdemeanor warrants for second-degree theft, failing to appear in court on a previous contempt charge and for violating her probation on a harassment conviction. She remained held in the jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Cassandra Emily Lis, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Lis Wednesday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for providing false information to police and failing to appear in court on previous charges delivering and possessing heroin, first-degree possessing a forged instrument, resisting arrest and possessing methamphetamine. She remained held in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Jesse Arvids Holloway, 25, of the first block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Holloway Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and posessing methamphetamine, possessing heroin, for violating his probation on prior first-degree theft and heroin delivery convictions and for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree theft charge. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Aaron Michael Mather, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Mather Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. He was held in jail Thursday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Jose Antonio Steiner, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Steiner Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to register his address as a sex offender, a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine, warrants for violating his probation on prior failure to register as a sex offender convictions, and for violating his parole on a prior failure to register his address as a sex offender conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Elude — Emily Ann Stout, 27, of the 700 block of Agate Street, Medford. Central Point police and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Stout Thursday on two felony counts of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, attempting to elude police on foot and a contempt of court charge. She was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Theft — Jeffrey Denver Beck, 37, of the 100 block of Wards Creek Lane, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Beck Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and misdemeanor counts of concealed possession of a firearm and second-degree trespassing. He was held in jail Thursday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Ozzie Olerie Allen, 29, of the 600 block of Teakwood Drive, Eagle Point. On Thursday, Allen made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony counts of possessing heroin and methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Clinton Walker Velasco, 48, of the 500 block of Southwest Foundry Street, Grants Pass. On Thursday, Velasco made his initial court appearance on a felony count of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Mail Theft — Brian David Williams, 36, of the 500 block of Dogwood Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Williams made his initial court appearance on felony counts of mail theft and first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Buchanan McLaughlin, 30, of the 23600 block of Highway 62, Trail. Eagle Point police arrested McLaughlin Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and violating his parole on prior counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Justin Carl Hunsley, 35, of the 2200 block of Mill Creek Drive, Prospect. Medford police arrested Hunsley Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, and on a detainer for violating his probation on a prior meth possession conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Aggravated Harassment — Chrissy Joyce Connor, 39, of the 4700 block of Hillcrest Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Connor Thursday on a felony charge of aggravated harassment and misdemeanor charges of interfering with police, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct and violating a release agreement. She was held in jail Thursday on $27,500 bail.

Drugs — Jerome Patrick Aguirre, 47, of the first block of East South Stage Road, Medford. On Thursday, Aguirre made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance..

Drugs — Tevin Daniel Dominguez, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Dominguez Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He was held in jail Thursday on $50,000 bail.
