Felony arrests

Theft — Charles Martin Machinsky, 60, of the 13100 block of Three Oaks Drive, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Machinsky Tuesday on an additional felony charge of first-degree theft. Jackson COunty sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Machinsky Nov. 17 on misdemeanor charges of attempted assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct and violating his probation on aprior first-degree theft conviction. He was charged Nov. 19 in Jackson County Circuit Court with felony counts of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft, ando n a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Elude — Jaimey Scott Faber, 25, of the 300 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Faber Monday on a felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior felon in possession of a restricted weapon conviction. He remained held in jail Tuesday without bail.

Theft — Julieanna Rose Winter, 39, of the 2600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Medford. Eagle Point police arrested Winter Monday on a felony warrant charging her with first-degree theft, misdemeanor warrants charging her with second-degree theft and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Vehicle Theft — Cameryn Mykal Geiger, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Geiger Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was held in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail

Identity Theft — Johann Peter Villa Santos, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies and Medford police arrested Santos Tuesday on felony charges of identity theft, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and possessing heroin, and a misdemeanor contempt charge. He was held in jail Tuesday on $43,000 bail.

Weapon Use — Andrew Stephen Pine, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Pine Tuesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing and fourth-degree assault. He was held in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

ID Theft — Cheyanne Michael Colman, 22, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Colman Tuesday on felony charges of identity theft and possessing heroin. She was held in jail Tuesday on $17,500 bail.
