Felony arrests

Weapon Use — Craig William Dwire, 29, of the first block of Elm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Dwire Friday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and harassment. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $17,500 bail.

Drugs — Michael Brendon Gamble, 41, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Gamble Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully importing or exporting a personal amount of marijuana. He was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday after posting bail.

Marijuana — David Jonathan Smith, 36, of the 500 block of Barnum Drive, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Smith Saturday on a felony charge of unlawfully delivering a marijuana product and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He was held in jail Saturday without bail.

Suspended Driving — George Whitfield Gargus III, 59, no known address. Talent police arrested Gargus Saturday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. He was held in jail Saturday on $10,000 bail.

Robbery — Marcel D. Ivey, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ivey Saturday on felony warrants charging him with felony counts of first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, second-degree assault and first-degree theft. He was held in jail Saturday on $1 million bail.

Drugs — Brandi LeeAnn Sanchez, 37, no known address. Talent police arrested Sanchez Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree theft. She was held in jail Saturday on $10,500 bail.
