Felony arrests

Drugs — Gary Leroy Biswell, 56, of the 200 block of Coral Circle, Phoenix. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Biswell Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended. He was additionally charged Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court with a felony charge of manufacturing meth. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $505,000 bail.

ID Theft — Tonya Annette Lee, 44, no known address. Central Point police arrested Lee Wednesday on a felony warrant charging her with identity theft and misdemeanor warrants for second-degree forgery and second-degree theft. She remained held in jail Friday on $17,500 bail.

Aggravated ID Theft — Rachel Marie Orrick, 40, of the 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Talent police arrested Orrick Wednesday on felony warrants charging her with aggravated identity theft, identity theft, first-degree theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and on a sanction for violating her probation on a prior first-degree theft conviction. She remained held in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Daphne Ann Farmer, 28, of the 3000 block of Nettie Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Farmer Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday after posting bail.

Money Laundering — Dane Kealoha Vallente, 745, of the 4100 block of Highway 234, White City. On Thursday, Vallente made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of laundering a monetary instrument, importing or exporting a marijuana item, delivering a marijuana item and unlawfully possessing a marijuana item. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Mail Theft — Fantasie Marie Sitzer, 37, of the 500 block of Dogwood Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Sitzer Thursday on felony charges of mail theft and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Ladrona Lynn Thompson, 44, of the 8500 block of Lower River Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Thompson Thursday on felony warrants charging her with delivering and possessing methamphetamine and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. She remained held in jail Friday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Cameron Theodore Gartin, 23, of the 800 block of East Ninth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gartin Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and a misdemeanor warrant charging him with unlawfully possessing heroin. He remained held in jail Friday without bail.

Sex Abuse — Micah Hayden Heller, 23, of the 2300 block of Greenmeadows Way, Ashland. Medford police arrested Heller Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree sexual abuse and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of reckless driving. He remained held in jail Friday on $55,000 bail.

Drugs — Brent Russell King, 30, of the 5200 block of Fish Hatchery Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested King Thursday on felony warrants charging him with manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, possessing heroin, manufacturing and delivering a marijuana item, possessing greater than four ounces of marijuana, and a misdemeanor warrant charging him with possessing a Schedule III controlled substance. He remained held in jail Friday on $10,000 bail.

Elude — Peter John Calhoun, 38, of the 1100 block of Dahlia Terrace, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Calhoun Thursday on additional felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing heroin, and on additional misdemeanor charges of hit-and-run, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and possessing heroin. He remained held in jail Friday on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Kevin Patrick Smith, 28, no known address. Talent police arrested Smith Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin, a misdemeanor warrant for third-degree theft and for violating his parole on a third-degree robbery conviction. He remained held in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Michael Jarrod Bakkela, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Bakkela Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of interfering with a police officer and for violating his parole on a prior attempted first-degree burglary conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Aggravated ID Theft — Daniel Oliver Fullmer, 43, of the 400 block of Manzanita Street, Medford. On Friday, Fullmer made his initial court appearance on felony charges of aggravated identity theft, identity theft, first-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jorge Cabrera, 24, no known address. Talent police arrested Cabrera Friday on felony warrants charging him with three counts of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior charge of carrying a concealed dangerous weapon. He was held in jail Friday on $25,500 bail.

Drugs — Frank O. Ceideburg, 53, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Ceideburg Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He was held in jail Friday on more than $1 million bail.


Crime reports

Vehicle Theft — 800 block of Taylor Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vehicle theft at 10:39 a.m. Thursday.

Theft — 100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 9:53 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a 215-piece Lego set, an RC car, a building blocks toy and prescription medication. The loss was valued at $179.

Vandalism — 3800 block of Arrowhead Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a house window at 11:12 a.m. Thursday. The damage was valued at $100.

Vandalism — 100 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a building wall at 1:04 p.m. Thursday. The damage was valued at $200.

Burglary — 2700 block of Springbrook Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary at 5:01 p.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included an Apple MacBook laptop and a Mevo livestreaming event camera and adapter. The loss was valued at $2,299.

Vandalism — First block of South Bartlett Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a building at 10:37 a.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $75.

Theft — 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen LG Rebel smartphone. The loss was valued at $200.

Theft — 700 block of Williams Court, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 4:11 p.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included an Battlefield V edition Xbox One video game console and a red duffel bag containing mens clothing. The loss was valued at $750.
