Felony arrests

Theft — Billy Alan St. Germain, 30, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested St. Germain Friday on felony charges of first-degree theft and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing a Schedule III controlled substance. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $22,500 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Killa Shandra Ramirez, 29, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Ramirez Friday on a felony warrant charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of possessing methamphetamine and contempt. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Coercion — Thomas Lawrence Gullock, 54, of the 3000 block of Via Verde Circle, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gullock Saturday on felony charges of coercion and tampering with a witness. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday after posting bail.

Strangulation — Corie Everett Jones, 33, of the 8300 block of Barbur Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jones Saturday on a felony charge of strangulation constituting domestic violence and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was held in jail Saturday on $12,500 bail.

Assault — Jason B. Andersen, 47, no known address. Medford police arrested Andersen Saturday on a felony charge of third-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was held in jail Saturday on $10,000 bail.

Theft — Brandon Dean Kasper, 36, no known address. Central Point police arrested Kasper Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft and on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree theft. He was held in jail Saturday on $12,500 bail.

Contraband — Claire Marie Anna Stoll, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Stoll Saturday on a felony charge of supplying contraband, misdemeanor charges of possessing heroin, second- and third-degree theft, and on a sanction for violating her probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. She was held in jail Saturday without bail.


Crime reports

Burglary — 2700 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 5:49 a.m. Friday. Packs of Pall Mall cigarettes were reported stolen. The loss and damage to an exterior wall and cash register drawers was valued at $350.

Theft — 1000 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen bicycle with pink frame, pink rims and pink basket at 9:01 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $150.

Theft — 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of two 5-lug steel wheels at 10:41 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $350.

Theft — 1000 block of Medford Center. Medford police took a report of stolen gasoline at 1:32 p.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $38.

Theft — 300 block of Plum Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 3:23 p.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a charger for a Samsung Galaxy S phone and ear plugs. The loss was valued at $31.

Theft — 1200 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 5:34 p.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a white Motorola phone and prescription medication. The loss was valued at $550.

Theft — 2300 block of Anton Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Samsung Galaxy S8 phone at 1:21 p.m. Saturday. The loss was valued at $400.
