Felony arrests

Drugs — Johnathan Chavez, 28, of Vallejo, California. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Chavez Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He remained held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $500,000 bail.

Drugs — Michael James Robert Holden, 24, of the 7800 block of Quebec Circle, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Holden Wednesday on felony warrants charging him with manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, on misdemeanor warrants for driving while suspended and for failing to appear in court on a prior methamphetamine possession charge, and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He remained held in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Jason Daniel Miculinich, 37, of the 200 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Miculinich Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He remained held in jail Thursday on $1 million bail.

Sex Offender — Eric Lee Cavyell, 27, of Baker City. Central Point police arrested Cavyell Wednesday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Thursday on $40,000 bail.

Drugs — Jordan Eric Lee Cardenas, 22, of the 500 block of South Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Cardenas Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Ashley Lynn Kengle, 29, of the 2700 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Central Point police arrested Kengle Thursday on felony counts of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior heroin possession conviction.

Money Laundering — Carl Greene Fulton, 65, of the 100 block of Pine Tree Way, Selma. On Thursday, Fulton made his appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of money laundering, unlawfully importing or exporting marijuana and unlawful import or export of marijuana by an OLCC licensee. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Aaron Richard Snyder, 36, of the 600 block of J Street, Medford. On Thursday, Snyder made his initial court appearance on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Jeffrey Howard Wells, 54, no known address. On Thursday, Wells made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Assault — Eric Matthew Noble, 49, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Noble Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, and on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with violating a no-contact order. He was held in jail Thursday on $15,000 bail.

Assault — Lindsey Anne Jordan, 30, of the 6900 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. On Thursday, Jordan made her initial court appearance on felony charges of third-degree assault and tampering with a witness, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Jeramiah Ernest Hinkle, 41, no known address. Central Point police arrested Hinkle Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior second-degree trespassing charge and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior meth possession conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Weapon — Vinnie Dale Shuler, 22, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Shuler Thursday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and on an out-of-county warrant for unlawful use of a weapon. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.


Crime reports

Theft — 2100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen spare key fob taken from a vehicle at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $75.

Vandalism — 2900 block of Juanipero Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 11:32 a.m. Wednesday. Damage to the passenger-side front window was valued at $200.

Theft — 900 block of Newtown Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen parts off a vehicle hood at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $19.

Burglary — 200 block of Academy Place, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 6:21 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a rose gold Bulova watch, five PlayStation 4 video games, a vehicle key fob and house key and two black backpacks. The loss was valued at $1,200.

Lost Property — 2300 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a lost black Samsung Galaxy Gear 3 smart watch at 5:38 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $350.

Theft — 1600 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen tools at 11:41 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $6,137.
