Felony arrests

Criminal Mistreatment — Natausha Denise Lowe, 34, of the 400 block of Elm Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Lowe Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth degree assault witnessed by a minor, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. She remained held in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Nicole Breanne Thorne, 26, of the 2600 block of Merry Lane, White City. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Thorne Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. She remained held in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Kayla Cheryl Navarro, 25, of the 700 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Navarro Friday on felony warrants charging her with delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing meth. She was held in jail Friday on $500,000 bail.

Drugs — Lewis Robert Gagnier, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Gagnier Friday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, warrants for violating his probation on prior forgery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction and on a sanction for violating his probation on another vehicle theft conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Dakota Breeze Garza, 25, of the 500 block of Orchard Place, Phoenix. Talent police arrested Garza Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and second-degree theft, and for violating his probation on prior first-degree burglary, aggravated first-degree theft and heroin possession convictions. She was held in jail Friday without bail.

Criminal Mischief — Amy Renee Dompeling, 33, of the 200 block of Hyatt Lane, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dompeling Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and on misdemeanor charges of harassment and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. She was booked in the jail and released Friday.

Aggravated Harassment — Chrissy Joyce Connor, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Connor Friday on a felony charge of aggravated harassment, misdemeanor charges of interfering with police, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and resisting arrest. She was held in jail Friday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Jami Diana Dahack, 36, of the 2100 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. On Friday, Dahack made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and possessing cocaine. She was held in jail Friday without bail.

Elude — Benjimin James Cantrell, 21, of the 23600 block of Highway 62, Trail. On Friday, Cantrell made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor counts of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Justin Michael Bochert, 37, of the 3600 block of Cloverlawn Drive, Grants Pass. On Friday, Bochert made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Timothy Ryan Kime, 23, of the 200 block of Orr Drive, Central Point. On Friday, Kime made his initial court appearance on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Sarah Rosalee Shook, 41, of the 600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Medford police arrested Shook Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of violating a no-contact order. She was held in jail Friday on $15,000 bail.

Contraband — Coby Lee Geddes, 39, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. On Friday, Geddes made his initial court appearance on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Matthew John Mortinson, 41, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mortinson Friday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal mischief and attempted first-degree theft, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with felon in possession of a restricted weapon and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing meth, providing false information to police, and delivering and possessing heroin, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, interfering with police and a theft charge. He was held in jail Friday on $120,000 bail.
