Felony arrests

Elude — Glenn Edward Fulp, 64, of the 400 block of Stevens Road, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Fulp Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Assault — Richard Wickham Jacobson, 48, of the 6400 block of Truax Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacobson Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Steven Lewis Wilson, 58, of the 600 block of North Grape Street, Medford. On Thursday, Wilson made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Thomas Lawrence Gullock, 53, of the 3000 block of Via Verde Circle, White City. On Thursday, Gullock made his initial court appearance on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Kacey Allen Smith, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender, driving while suspended and for violating his parole on a prior failure to register as a sex offender conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Sex Offender — John Jason Greene, 41, no known address. Ashland police arrested Greene Thursday on a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday, and on a misdemeanor count of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Keri Leann Jones, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Jones Thursday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing methamphetamine, on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, possessing heroin and first- and second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $38,000 bail.

Burglary — Leonard Clarence Pullen, 45, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Pullen Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, and misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $30,000 bail.

Drugs — Kaelyn Daischielle Young, 21, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Young Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $10,000 bail.

Elude — Robert Richard Combs-Cripps, 9, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Combs-Cripps Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with attempting to elude police in a vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of attempt to elude police on foot, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief and hit-and-run property damage. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $27,500 bail.
