Felony arrests

Theft — Harmonie Jewel Taylor, 25, of San Francisco, Calif. Medford police arrested Taylor Tuesday on an additional felony charge of first-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Taylor April 19 on four previous felony counts of first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and on a California fugitive warrant. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Assault — Richard Wallace Carlyle II, 37, of the first block of Reager Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Carlyle Monday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, misdemeanor charges of harassment and reckless driving and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, first- and second-degree forgery and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Jeffrey Lyn Grant, 57, of the 500 block of Orchard Place, Phoenix. On Tuesday, Grant made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Rodolfo Ochoa-Ochoa, 22, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Ochoa-Ochoa Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, delivering and possessing heroin and possessing cocaine. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $545,000 bail.

Coercion — Timothy Michael Chant, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Chant Tuesday on felony charges of coercion and fourth-degree assault, and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $17,500 bail.

Forgery — Cheyenne Summer Robinson, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Robinson Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree possessing a forged instrument, a felony warrant charging her with first-degree forgery and for violating her parole on a prior methamphetamine-possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — 3600 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism at 6:41 a.m. Monday. A charity donation box was reported stolen from a drive-thru window. The loss and damage was valued at $620.

Theft — 500 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Oregon Trail card at 7:59 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $250.

Theft — 300 block of Marie Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen 21-speed bike at 10:08 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $200.

Vandalism — 500 block of Newtown Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 10:06 a.m. Monday. Damage to the vehicle window was valued at $300.

Burglary — 200 block of Bateman Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 11:02 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a ground resistance tester and other electric testing equipment, a remote-control boat light, Vulcan welder, cutting torch with tanks, filet knives, a flare gun and a DeWalt drill. The loss and damage to a window was valued at $3,139.

Theft — 1400 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a car battery stolen from a vehicle at 11:06 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $31.

Theft — 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen prescription hearing aid at 11:47 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $2,000.

Vandalism — 2900 block of Junipero Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a church at 8:31 a.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $500.

Vandalism — 1900 block of Camellia Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a Jeep’s soft top and doors at 8:31 a.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $1,300.

Theft — 1300 block of Jasper Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:52 a.m. Tuesday. A wheeled box of tools was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $750.

Theft — 1900 block of Lillian Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 9:33 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included two cordless drills, a bag of drill accessories, knee pads, routers, a Hitachi nailer and a DeWalt battery charger. The loss was valued at $2,065.

Theft — 1500 block of Cunningham Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday. A gold iPhone 7, clear plastic case and Rogue Credit Union debit card were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $565.
