Felony arrests

Drugs — Olegario Soto-Sarabia, 39, of the 2400 block of Terr-Mont Street, White City. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Soto-Sarabia Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday after posting bail.

Drugs — George Allen Savage, 55, no known address. Central Point police arrested Savage Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree criminal mischief and for violating his parole on a prior meth possession conviction. He remained held in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Ryan WIlliam Chapman, 32, of the 9500 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Ashland police arrested Chapman Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was held in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.

Criminal Mischief — Ursula Ann Brackett, 43, of the 8400 block of Crater Lake Highway, White City. On Friday, Brackett made her initial appearance Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Cary Rhyse Jordahl, 26, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Jordahl Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, delivering and possessing heroin and for violating his parole on a prior identity theft conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Shane Frederick Lawson, 48, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lawson Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving while suspended or revoked, on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of identity theft and driving while suspended charges and for violating his parole on a prior driving while suspended conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.

Theft — Karrie Ann Chapman, 41, of the 2600 block of Carr Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Chapman Friday on felony charges of first-degree theft and first-degree possession of a forged instrument, and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.
